Professional Home Inspector
Compensation paid per inspection 350 to 450 per year + Company Car
Inspectors dispatch from and work from their home office. This position offers tremendous growth opportunities allowing you to quickly grow into a master inspector role leading your own team of inspectors.
The home inspection industry has matured and become a highly respected industry which requires accomplished professionals to perform this important service to the real estate community. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Must be friendly with excellent communication skills.
• Must be professional in appearance, manner and performance.
• Must be adept with and comfortable with technology. (AI experience a plus)
• Troubleshooting experience a plus.
Successful applicant will have had experience in residential construction and a working knowledge of residential structural and mechanical systems. Applicant with credentials such as Journeyman in the one of the building trades or Licensed Building Contractor will be a preferred candidate.
Kansas is a non regulated state. There are no licensing requirements. On the job training provided.
