Crossing GuardEast Moline School District 37 is currently accepting applications for crossing guards. Work hours are 45 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon. Starting salary is $16.82/crossing (2 crossings/day). This position is non-exempt under FLSA. Learn and follow all applicable department and district policies and procedures, along with updates as provided 2. Responsible for student safety when crossing students at designated school crossing areas 3. Become familiar enough with the students to be able to notice if an unsafe situation is present 4. Report immediately to the Director of Transportation any accident or problem occurring at the crossing 5. Responsible for reporting inappropriate behavior in accordance with department and district policies 8.
