About the Role
The Controller will serve as a key member of the accounting team , working closely as the right hand to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) . This role will have broad responsibility across the enterprise and meaningful visibility into the financial operations of the entire company.
A major near-term focus of this position will be hands-on participation in a company-wide NetSuite ERP implementation , scheduled to begin shortly. The Controller will play an important role in shaping accounting processes, controls, and reporting within the new system.
As trust, experience, and system familiarity grow, this role is expected to take on increasing leadership responsibility , including deeper involvement in financial planning, strategic analysis, and enterprise-wide decision support. For the right individual, this position is intended to serve as a developmental step toward senior financial leadership , with long-term potential to evolve into a future CFO or equivalent role . xhyhwjd
