What You'll Do Make Awesome Food - Prepare menu items accurately and quickly
- Learn how to make our handcrafted pizzas
- Follow PLP recipes and portion standards
- Prepare dough, sauce, vegetables, and other fresh ingredients
- Make sure every order looks and tastes Awesome
- Maintain quality even when the kitchen gets busy
These responsibilities come directly from the Kitchen/Pizza Maker description, which calls for accurate and fast food production along with dough, sauce and vegetable preparation.
Be a Great Teammate - Communicate with your team
- Help keep orders moving during rushes
- Take direction and coaching
- Jump in when another station needs help

Keep It Clean & Safe - Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Wash dishes and equipment
- Sweep, mop, and clean as needed
- Help maintain a kitchen everyone can be proud of
- Food safety, recipe accuracy, teamwork, time management and maintaining composure during high-pressure meal periods.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including extended standing, frequent bending/reaching, and lifting/carrying items often weighing up to 50 pounds, along with working around varying temperatures.
