Sean DeLeon Agency LLC – Farmers Insurance is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our established San Antonio office.

Our agency ranks among the Top 10% of Farmers Insurance agencies nationwide , and we're looking for another motivated professional to contribute to that continued success.

You'll work with warm leads and prospective clients while receiving hands-on support and mentorship from an experienced agency team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to develop into a stronger producer—not simply process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective and existing clients about their insurance needs
• Provide insurance quotes and coverage recommendations
• Sell auto, home, life, and commercial products
• Work warm leads generated through agency marketing
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing households
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Meet established production and performance expectations
• Document sales activity and maintain organized client records
• Follow all applicable agency and Farmers procedures

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

The ideal candidate combines a strong work ethic with a genuine ability to connect with people. Insurance knowledge is valuable, but initiative, consistency, and the desire to improve are equally important.

• Texas Property Casualty License preferred; willingness to obtain required
• Previous insurance, sales, or customer-facing experience
• Ability to confidently discuss products and coverage options
• Strong follow-up and time-management habits
• Professional and personable communication style
• Self-motivated approach to reaching sales goals
• Comfortable learning and utilizing agency technology
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are highly valued
